Team News
It's been the theme of the Patriots all season within the AFC East, but it's been accurate, as New England has taken care of business and won all of its matchups within its own division. Following a tough loss to the Colts, the Patriots will look to improve to 5-0 in the AFC East when they host the Jets at 1 p.m. ET on CBS. Offensively, it's difficult to predict what kind of attack New England will sport, with the Patriots showing the ability to both pass and run in recent weeks. That kind of uncertainty may work in their favor, with the Jets defense unsure of what to prepare for. On the other side of the ball, New England will have to get back to stopping the run, as the Jets have shown an ability to make yardage on the ground with Leon Washington. And Chad Pennington and the big-play receivers on the Jets will challenge the New England secondary as well. It could add up to another challenging game. |
