Information
Here Some Cool Stuff
The New England Patriots accept formal, written requests for player appearances. Due to the high volume of requests that the team receives each day, the Patriots are able to accept only a limited number of appearance requests and only those submitted by charitable, nonprofit organizations. During Training Camp and football season, player appearances can be arranged only on a scheduled day off.
The following policies and procedures must be used for player appearance requests:
- All requests must be submitted in writing on original nonprofit organizational letterhead. Faxed, emailed, or phoned requests are not considered.
- Requests from individuals are not considered for player appearances.
- Letters must contain the event date, event type, and the contact person's name, phone number and address.
- Due to the tremendous volume of requests, event coordinators must submit requests at least 8-10 weeks in advance of the event.
- The Patriots make every effort to reach out to different areas of the community. However, due the players’ demanding practice, workout, and appearance schedules and the tremendous volume of requests received, it is not possible to fulfill every request.
We value all of the players on the New England Patriots team. Therefore, groups seeking a charitable player appearance should not limit their request to a specific player.
To request a player appearance, please mail your request on your organization's letterhead to:

Commercial companies seeking Patriots players for PAID appearances (on their day off) should contact in writing Rena Clark, Vice-President, Community Affairs and Corporate Philanthropy at the address above.
Charity
The Foundation’s holiday programs with Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries and the Salvation Army provide Thanksgiving food baskets and toys for hundreds of needy children and families during the holiday season. Through the Patriots/Revolution Ticket Donation Program, the Foundation donates Patriots and Revolution tickets to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston so that Club Members can attend games at Gillette Stadium. The Foundation also supports numerous heath care initiatives including the Robert K. Kraft Family Blood Donor Center at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Center for Compassionate Care at Northwestern University, as well a variety of educational institutions.
This year, the Foundation has teamed up with the Jordan Boys & Girls Club of Chelsea to support the Club’s focus on the educational, emotional, physical and social development of inner-city youth.
